Flexible circuit boards and one or more LEDs installed on the flexible circuit boards; an extruded part, which is extruded onto the flexible circuit board and has one or more LEDs, where the extruded part is encapsulated in a waterproof and sealed manner. According to the preferred embodiment of the LED lamp, the extruded part is a transparent extruded component. This extruded component serves as an auxiliary optical lens for LEDs. The component is made of PVC material or silicone. A waterproof cap is located at the junction between the end of the flexible circuit board and the external conductor.
