LED beam lights, also referred to as LED spotlights or LED projection lights, are controlled by built-in chips. Nowadays, there are two types of products available: one type uses a combination of power chips, and the other uses a single high-power chip. Comparatively, the former is more stable, while the latter has a larger structure, making it very suitable for small-area illumination. This is because many buildings simply have no protruding areas to place traditional projection lamps.
Compared to traditional projection lamps, LED beam lights are more convenient to install. They can be mounted horizontally or vertically, and multi-directional installation can better integrate with the surface of buildings, bringing new lighting spaces for lighting designers, significantly expanding creativity, and having a profound impact on modern and historical buildings’ lighting techniques.
Landscape Lighting:
Unlike traditional lighting sources that often use glass bulbs, LED beam lights can be well integrated with urban streets. For instance, LED beam lights can be used for city's vacant spaces, such as pathways, waterfront areas, stairs, or gardens. They can also illuminate flowers or low shrubs. Hidden LED beam lights are particularly favored. The fixed end can also be designed as plug-and-pull to easily adjust according to the growth height of plants.
Signage and Identification Lighting:
In places requiring space definition and guidance, such as road division restrictions, local lighting of stair treads, or emergency exit indicator lights, LED beam lights can be used if appropriate surface brightness is desired. LED self-luminous ground lights or vertical wall lights can be applied in cinema auditorium ground guide lights or seat side indicator lights. Compared to neon lights, LED beam lights, being low voltage and without breakable glass, do not incur extra costs due to bending during production.
Indoor Space Display Lighting:
Compared to other lighting modes, LED beam lights emit no heat, UV, or infrared radiation, so they won’t damage exhibits or merchandise. As opposed to traditional light sources, fixtures do not require additional filters, making the lighting system simpler and relatively cheaper to create.
Nowadays, LED beam lights are also widely used as alternatives to museum fiber optic lighting. In commercial settings, colorful LED beam lights are extensively used, while white LED beam lights for indoor decoration provide auxiliary indoor lighting. Hidden LED lights can also be utilized in low spaces to great effect.
